Toppo 's 12-year Anniversary On 8th August

Toppo’s 12-year anniversary fell on 8th, in August 2021.

The number “8”, in Chinese’s opinion, means richness and prosperity. 12 years ago, dating back to 8th August 2009, that Toppo's president established the Shenzhen Toppo Lighting Co., Ltd. 

At the beginning of the business, the founder, Mason Chan, set a grand mission for the company: to expand the road to energy saving and to illuminate the world. For 12 years, the company has been guiding its own work in accordance with this mission.

Our vision is: to become the world's top LED lighting company integrating R&D, production, and sales. In the past 12 years, we have not stopped the pace of innovation, and R&D. Mr. Chen led the core R&D team to overcome one R&D problem after another, providing customers with cost-effective and high-quality products to help customers enhance the value of their products. Won the recognition of international brands one after another.

In the past 12 years, Toppo’s people have always adhered to the core values of morality as the basic, quality as life, customer as the center, innovation as the source, and result-oriented. Under the guidance of this value, we have come out of dilemmas one after another.

Under the current objective and complex situation: falling exchange rates, high labor costs, labor shortages, and rapidly developing customer needs, we are more and more aware that we need to cultivate our own talent echelon, and we need a steady stream of innovative management concepts. On the big day of the company’s anniversary, we decided to start the second phase of the operation and management reform project with Yuanda Strategy Consulting Management Co., Ltd. After the first phase of the project, our growth and performance are obvious to all. At the launching ceremony, we also commended outstanding colleagues during the first phase of the launch.
