A Brief Introduction Of TOPPO LIGHTING Company Limited

Shenzhen TOPPO LIGHTING Co., Ltd. is located in Shenzhen ,China .one of the professional manufacturer which specialize in developing, producing and selling Commercial and Industrial led lighting since 2009.In the past 13 years, we have been deeply involved in overseas markets like European and North American.For European market, our products are TUV /CE/ GS/ROHS certified, For North American market, we got ETL. And for Australian Market, we're SAA approved.

We have 5 floors, it's around 12,500 square meters for workshop, warehouse and office of Toppo Lighting, with R&D, Marketing, Sales, PMC, QC, Sourcing and other departments. Toppo is a worldwide LED manufacturer, focusing on Commercial and Industrial LED Lighting, for example: LED High Bay Light, LED Batten Light, LED Linear Light,LED Panel light, LED Tri-proof light, LED Tube light, LED Bulkheads and so on.

Let me briefly introduce each floor of the company.The 1st floor Mainly include Raw Material Warehouse, QC Room and IPQC Dept.We will make IES Testing and Spectrum Measurement testing in QC room to verify the lumen efficacy, color index and color temperature. And also make 100% inspection to ensure the sample performs very well. Next is our IPQC department. IPQC monitor all the incoming raw materials, inspect them and return them to supplier if the inspection failed. We have all 3 floors as workshops, each floor produce different product. The second floor is mostly producing Panel Lights,the third floor is SMT Room, the forth floor is mostly producing Batten Light, Tri-proof Light, Tube Light, High bay light, and others.Our products range include LED High bay Light, LED Batten Light, LED Linear Light, LED Panel Light, LED Tri-proof Light, LED Tube Light, LED Bulkheads and so on.

In the second floor,on the semi-automatic production line of back-lit panel lights and edge-lit panel lights,the manipulator is grabbing the back housing onto the conveyor belt, and we will see the machine is applying a layer of glue on the back housing, to fasten the PCB board on the back housing. After an hour, we will pass the materials to next production line here. Our workers will solder for power supply, and then conduct a light test. After the test, we will assemble the diffuser and Aluminum frame for the Panel Light, screwing the product by the automatic machine. Later we will deliver the Panel Light to 4 floors for 8 hours aging.After that, we will send them to packaging production line for Visual inspection, light test and make some cleaning and then finish the packaging before shipment. It is worth mentioning that,We had produced Over 366,000pcs Panel Light last year. Including Back-lit and Edge-lit Panel Light, mostly are for European market.

In the third floor,There are 5 SMT machines here and 3 reflow soldering machines, working over the whole day to fulfill our bulk orders.  we will print the patch glue onto the pads of the PC board first, and then put it on the machine here, drip the glue onto the positioning points of the PCB (Printed Circuit Board), and then the machine will accurately install the lamp beads on the PCB.Here the reflow soldering machine will melt the patch glue, so that the lamp beads and the PCB are firmly bonded together. Next the machine is assembling the lens cover on the led chips of PCB,  through the reflow soldering machine, the lens cover will be sticked on the PCB firmly.  

In the 4th floor, There are two assembly lines here. One for metal case batten light only and another is for some other products, like Aluminum case batten light, LED Tri-proof Light, LED Bulkheads and so on. In the past 2021, we have produced a total of Batten Light 550,000 pcs. Especially T8 Slim Batten.
