The Trunk Flex system is a modern linear light, which is split into pre-wired trunks, lighting gear trays, and function modules. The tool-free installation, multiple links, and one-time AC wiring make the Trunk Flex widely used in commercial/office, industrial, and other different lighting applications.

The trunk rail has 5/6/7/8/12-wire style that meets the different lighting gear trays and function modules.
The function modules split into sensor module, emergency module and functional lighting.
The trunk lamp gear trays have 8 different styles, which are made by steel or aluminum cases. The Trunk Flex system lighting gear trays are split into lens versions, prismatic versions, and opal versions.
All the gear trays are up to 180 LM/W with CRI 80 and SDCM < 3. The prismatic gear trays provide the UGR < 19; 6 kinds are made by the steel case, and 2 kinds are made by aluminum.

Trunk Rail Design Profile
Toppo designed a 2-style steel trunk which can be delivered by 5ft /10ft /15ft lengths. The trunk is pre-wired with sections with different numbers of wires. The 64.5mm width and 1470mm length are the same as the normal traditional trunk. Toppo Lighting can also provide custom-made lengths per the customer's project requirement.
Trunk Rail Wiring System
The trunk rail has the 5/6/7/8/12 wires style to meet the different project requirements. The node connector with the wired WAGO terminal on both sides not only makes the tool-free installation but also makes the installation directions. The WAGO connector used in the trunk offers a tool-free installation between the trunk rail and the lighting gear tray. led The strip lights trunking not only uses the 3-phase & 2.5mm² (20AWG) power wires but also uses the WAGO phase conversion function connector. lt MAX 16A and 200 meters trunk rail can be connected in 3-phase power supply system
Node Connector
Trunk flex design has a various of node connectors according to the different installation directions; they include the L/T/X node connectors.
The trunk system lighting delivers a tool-free installation, which makes a dramatic installation cost savings saving for every client. The tool-free installation is reflected in the trunk rail connection, one-time AC power connection by the start unit, and easy installation of the modules.
